Diane Setzler

Diane has served as property manager for the past eight years and handles all of the leasing of apartments as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 100+ unit property. Diane’s varied academic background and many years in residential real estate sales and leasing serve her well at The Manor. Extensive international travel and living provide the management style embracing the diverse population of people that call Wayland Manor home.  For Diane, Wayland Manor is a real community. In her own words, “It’s all about the people. The best and most important services I offer are listening and kindness.”  When Diane is not working to assist a prospective, new or longtime resident, she enjoys playing Bridge, gardening, decorating and dining out with friends.

Dave Cardente

Dave is a valued and longtime employee at Wayland Manor, having worked as building engineer for more than 15 years.  Dave has a vital role as he oversees all maintenance for the building and grounds. His responsibilities include routine service calls, preventative maintenance, building improvement projects, remodeling and turnover of the apartments. Dave is a seasoned problem solver and has exceptional knowledge of the building that was built nearly a century ago and has been in constant operation.  Outside of Wayland Manor Dave spends time fishing, hiking, camping and working on various home improvement projects.

John Crouch

John heads our Concierge Staff at Wayland Manor.  Residents and visitors alike can expect to be greeted by John Monday through Friday from 9AM – 5PM, with a smile and a kind word.  As the face of Wayland Manor to many, John is always willing to help in any way he can. John’s background as a front office manager at the Renaissance Providence Hotel, as well as his 20+ years as an educator have provided him with all the tools to provide excellent customer service to all of the residents at Wayland Manor.  John is an integral part of what makes Wayland Manor such a desirable place to live. When not at work, John spends time with his grandchildren and participates in Community Theater.
